TOUR DE YOGA DE LA RISA DIA 8 -LOS ANGELES-SALTO DEL LAJA

El día 8 del tour lo pasamos explorando Los Angeles con Luzma y su amigo Jorge.

We spent the 8th day of our tour exploring Los Angeles with Luzma and her friend Jorge.

Estas escenas son del lugar donde está ubicado el restobar, donde existe un pequeño kinder- zoo (zoologico para niños), Es allí donde hicimos las 2 sesiones de Yoga de la Risa en Los Angeles.

This scenery is right by the restobar where we did laughter yoga both nights we were in Los Angeles. There is also a kinderzoo on the campus

Nos llevaron a las cataratas del Salto del Laja, que dijeron pronto se terminarán debido a la represa que se está construyendo.

They took us to the Salto del Laja falls, that will soon disappear, they said, due to a dam that is being built.

Después almorzamos en el restaurante que está en frente de las cataratas.

Then we had lunch at the restaurant overlooking the falls.

Entaba tanto sol que queríamos cerrar las cortinas, pero como no corrían, así que el mozo amablemente las engrapó para nuestro confort.

It got so sunny we needed the drapes to be pulled but since they didn’t have this ability, the kind waiter got out a stapler and stapled them shut for our comfort.

¡Ah! ¡La sombra fue maravillosa!

Ah! the shade was wonderful!

Y Laura realmente disfrutó de su postre

And Laura sure enjoyed her dessert.

Luego nos fuimos a buscar un hotel para pasar la noche

We then went to find a hotel to spend the night

Aunque estabamos totalmente cansados, volvimos al restobar a dar una energética sesión de Yoga de la Risa para un grupo de edades variadas. Estábamos impresionadas de cómo una sesión de risa podía revitalizarnos.

Though we were totally tired, we returned to Luz María’s restobar and led a high energy laughter yoga session for a crowd of various ages. We were amazed at how much the laughter yoga was able to revitalize us.

Then Luz María served ecuatorian breaded shrimp and mushroom cebiche.

Nos despedimos de nuestros maravillosos amigos de la risa de Los Angeles. ¡Qué conexión más extraordinaria que hicimos con cada uno de ellos!.¡ Nuestros corazones estaban plenos!

We said farewell to our wonderful laughter friends from Los Angeles. What a meaningful connection we made with each one of them. Our hearts were full!
